What
is the difference between a hotel and a serviced apartment?
We
could define hotels to be ideal for short stays (less
than one month) and serviced apartments for medium to
long stays ( more than one month) as rates are more affordable.
Hotels in Bangkok are really good customer-oriented hotels
with a full range of services and facilities. Service
apartments often propose good services such as maid service,
sport/leisure facilities and full-equipped rooms (Cable
TV, stereo, lobby, security guards etc
). It is often
worth full to check out serviced apartments daily rates
with special package for short stays.
How
do I find and book a hotel/ serviced apartment with Sabaai.com?
Sabaai
offers a large range of hotels and serviced apartments
located in Bangkok. Our advanced
search page helps you defining what kind of accommodation
you are looking for (our suggestions and special offers
can also help you in making your choices). Just follow
the steps, and book the apartment/hotel you like simply
by filling in the booking form.
Note: We accept on-line booking up to 3 months.

After
I make my reservation, how long it takes to get a booking
information?
Within
2 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Thailand
Public holidays) .
When
you make a booking with us, within 24 hours, you will
receive our Order Acknowledgement via e-mail, confirming
that your order is now being process. Please keep this
e-mail, which will indicate your Order No., for your reference.
At
the same time we will contact our agents with your request.
Assuming availability, a reservation is then made with
your information confirming your booking and your credit
card payment will be settled at this time as well.
Upon
confirmation (usually within 2 working days), we will
send you a check-in voucher showing booking details via
an e-mail. This voucher can then be presented upon check-in
at the hotel/apartment.
If
you do not receive any mail from us within 2 working days
after placing an order, please kindly contact us immediately
at booking@sabaai.com
What
if hotel/ apartment that I selected is not available?
You
will be notified via e-mail (within 2 working days after
placing your order) and you will not be charged.
Moreover,
when you make your reservation, we allow you to give us
permission (see reservation form) to reserve another accommodation
at comparable standard and price. If your selected hotel/apartment
is not available AND you give us your permission, we will
do so and will notify you through e-mail. In this case,
your credit card payment will not be settled until we
get confirmation from you.
Do
I need a credit card to make a hotel/ apartment reservation?
Yes.
All Bookings (up to 3 months) are on prepayment basis.
For your convenience, Sabaai offers credit card payment
directly from our web site. However, you will not be charged
until we get confirmation from your selected accommodation.
We accept payment by Visa, Master, JCB cards only.
When
will I be charged?
You
will be charged only if your selected hotel/apartment
is available. After receiving your order, we will check
for room's availability. If your selected accommodation
is available, we will make reservation and your credit
card payment will be settled on receipt by us of confirmation
of availability from the selected hotel/apartment.
Whose
name is the reservation made under?
The
accommodation's reservation is made under your name. You
can check-in with either a hotel/apartment check-in voucher
or your passport (showing the same name as when you fill
out our reservation form).
What
is the latest time that I can make a reservation?
We
accept bookings that are made at least 3-working days
(not including Sat, Sun & Thailand
Public holidays) before the check-in date.
Are
your rates per room/ apartment type or per person?
For
hotels, our rates are per room per night and please note
that Single means for 1 person and Twin means for 2 persons
maximum (unless otherwise specified).
For
Service apartments and apartments, our rates are per type
of apartment and not per person (unless otherwise
specified).
Is
there any fee using Sabaai service?
There
is no charge to use sabaai.com for reserving hotels and
apartment. Fees only apply when you wish to use services
listed in the services section (airport pick up, car rental,
tuktuk around Bangkok etc
)
Can
I make a reservation directly through the hotel or apartment?
The
special rates listed on sabaai.com are only available
through our service. If you would like to make a reservation
directly with the hotel or apartment you will need to
contact them directly.
What
is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation
is subject to the follow rate fees:
(a). If
we received your notification of cancellation within 7 working days* (Excluding
Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays) or more prior to arrival date, there will
be no cancellation charge except for a bank credit card processing fee of 5.35%
Plus administration fees of US$ 20.
(b). If
we received your notification of cancellation LESS than 7 working days* (Excluding
Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays) OR we do not received any cancellation
notification OR there is no show, prior to arrival date.
We will charge by way of a cancellation fee a minimum of one night** for late
cancellation and non-arrivals Plus a bank credit card processing fee of 5.35%
Plus administration fee of US$ 20.
This cancellation
policy may apply as explained above.
Sabaai.com reserves the rights to modify cancellation fees according to different
hotel policies and other factors that Sabaai.com does not control
* For booking
of more than 3 months, 14 working days notification of cancellation will be
applied in each case
** For booking of
more than 27 days, cancellation fee of one week rental
** For booking of
more than 3 months, cancellation fee of two weeks rental
