(a). If we received your notification of cancellation within 7 working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays) or more prior to arrival date, there will be no cancellation charge except for a bank processing fee of 4.00% Plus administration fees of US$ 20.

If we received your notification of cancellation LESS than 7 working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays) OR we do not received any cancellation notification OR there is no show, prior to arrival date. We will charge by the way of a cancellation fee a minimum of one night for late cancellation and non-arrivals Plus a processing fee of 4.00% Plus administration fee of US$ 20.

This cancellation policy may apply as explained above.
