Airport Procedure

Due to a current monopoly situation on in-terminal desks, We will meet all customers with a prominent sign outside the airport terminals (at the hotel and resort reception areas). We guarantee to meet all reserved bookings off scheduled incoming and departing flights. There are no additional fees or taxes for renters picking up or returning cars at Thai airports.

After Hours

We will service all confirmed reservations from airport locations. Vehicles must be picked up or returned within office hours unless prior arrangements have been made with us in advance. Our free delivery and pickup service to other than airports also only operates during office hours.
