Prices are exclusive of
taxes, and based on one family's participation.

We
accept payment in Thai Baht (THB) at the current
rate of exchange. Payment terms: 7 days from date
of initiation of a programme.
-
One
day is considered five transferee contact hours.
In practice our prices include extra administrative/research
time and we are flexible, within reasonable limits,
at no extra charge.

Programme
time includes hours spent in preparation/research,
transferee contact time, and with follow-up. If
time is near the last three hours of a programme,
and we are aware that more time is needed, we will
inform the transferee's company and seek authorization
before making any extension of time.

Extended
time for a programme is charged at USD 100 per hour.

Hourly
rate for services outside a programme is at USD
120 per hour. The extent of services has to be agreed
with the transferee's company in each case.

Prices
and Conditions are guiding and effective until further
notice. September 2001.
